  3. Remington James. I was 343 lbs in march and am now 267 lbs today. You have helped me tremendously with meal prep advice and I want to thank you. My goal weight is 220 lbs but once I hit 230 lbs I plan to speak with an Amry recruiter. Thank you for guiding my journey.

  4. Sounds like you felt great and saved a bunch of time away from meal prep. Why don't you try it for a couple days in a row? You literally just tested it out and loved it..why not stick with it for a couple days or at least do it before your cheat day and cheat a little less.

  6. The video was funny, entertaining while giving me some information worth knowing. I don't see how anyone could do this diet for more then a day or 2. You should have gave it another day to see if it actually did affect you after one day.
