  2. Hi, Ive follow your steps accordingly till part 1:32 where they've showed me the exact thing, I continue till the end however my phone sign has still not shown on my Itunes… So what should I do next?

  3. when I plug it in I get: Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed). When the iPod boots up I get into the OS with a battery in the top right, and a thing telling me to connect to iTunes. It worked until I factory restored it using the iPod's settings app.

    I don’t know why my computer stop recognizing my iPhone even though I updated to the latest and still didn’t show my phone I just followed your video and it works

  7. I have installed Windows 10 home edition and i have the same problem, try this fix i get the message of 1:30, i read the comments and i found that others face the same problem. Have you solve it?
