  1. They have the worst customer service! I payed more than 900 for the inspiron 13 5000 because it has 1tb of memory and good processor and less than a year it became slower and it makes me mad always. I called them and they want me to charge more than two hundred for software support. Are u kidding me??? with that money I spent I should have bought a MacBook pro or hp. My sister has an old MacBook pro and it goes well. Thanks dell support to stole my money.

  2. Got one for 1,5 year right now and it is a pile of crap.

Poor build quality (screen fell out), insane bad batterylife (max 3 hours), often to warm to keep it on your lap, the screen is simply not lit enough.

Note; my keyboard is backlit (EU model).

Pro's like the trackpad and the keyboard.

But hey it was cheap, so I learned my lesson and next time I will buy a Lenovo ThinkPad T series, which is only 200 euro more expensive.

  3. It's ridiculous of Dell. I took the same model. Its making a ZZZZZ sound. I sent it like 4 time to Dell. They could not fix and sending it back. I am so frustrated.

  4. Can I play Age of Empires HD with it? Also the prices are quite different nowadays. $933.30 at JB Hi-Fi and $1099 at Dell AU website.

  5. Best thing I ever bought, I use it for work and even some editing & gaming! It's also discounted – – You're Welcome
